The recovery suite

Recover as deliberately as you train.

This is the restore side of the Njoku Strong longevity system — and the bodywork menu below is its mechanical-maintenance partner. Recovery here is not an amenity corner: it is a structured suite of modalities organized into a cadence that may support consistent training, mobility, and how you feel between sessions. Checked in for readiness, scheduled, and coached like everything else here.

Inside the suite

See the room before you see the price.

Arrive, heat, cold, light — four rooms on one floor in Westlake. Every frame below is our own studio, filmed as it is.

The Westlake studio entrance at 1491 Columbia Road: a brick storefront under a black Njoku Strong awning, glass doors, snow across the lot.

Inside the infrared sauna cabin: an L-shaped cedar bench, slatted infrared heater panels along the walls and a towel caddy, the whole cabin lit deep red.

The cold plunge room: a timber-framed plunge tub with a member seated in the water, against a dark textured wall.
Cold plunge
The red light room: a member reclined on the anti-gravity lounger in protective eyewear, the room washed in deep red light.

Sequence before stack

Recovery has an order of operations.

The suite works best as a cadence, not a pile of tools. Start by downshifting from training, then select the recovery lane that fits the day and your readiness check-in.

Recovery sequence after training

Sequence image: training is followed by a cool down, downshift, circulation, mobility, exposure when appropriate, and sleep. The visual emphasizes order of operations rather than stacking every tool.

A practical recovery sequence: train, cool down, downshift, then choose the recovery lane that fits the day.

Recovery is the restore side — the other half of the training loop, in the same building, on the same standard.

Whatever path you take, it starts the same way — a conversation, a readiness check-in, and a plan.

Pricing and service notes

Bodywork, assisted stretch, and dry cupping prices are the studio’s published Bodywork & Recovery standard schedule (v1.0); member pricing applies with any active core membership and is verified at check-in. In this recovery booking flow, sessions are reserved online and paid at the studio. Other session prices verified 2026-07-16 against the live service and plan catalogs; hyperbaric oxygen session pricing is the current studio schedule shown on the longevity modalities page. “With plan” items are included in eligible memberships. Recovery modalities are wellness and fitness services — education and recovery support, not medical treatment or diagnosis.
