Communications & Consent
1. The principle
Launch inquiry and booking forms are transactional. They do not collect marketing permission, and submitting one does not enroll you in marketing. Outbound marketing is off for this launch.
2. Transactional communications
When you submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or purchase a membership, we contact you about that specific matter — replying to your question, confirming or changing an appointment, receipts and account notices. These messages happen because you initiated something, and they carry no marketing content.
3. Marketing communications
- Outbound marketing is disabled for launch.
- Inquiry and booking forms collect no marketing permission.
- Ambassador and talent-network applications offer a separate, optional email-marketing checkbox. It is unchecked by default. Declining it does not affect your application.
- Application workflows record that preference but send no marketing messages. Outbound marketing remains disabled.
- Before any future commercial email is enabled, its working unsubscribe and durable suppression controls must pass the release gate.
4. Future marketing channels
Any future marketing channel must be separately approved and operated in accordance with applicable law and our communications policy. This launch notice does not represent that re-engagement or another promotional program is active.
5. Changing your mind
Withdraw any consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, email support@njokustrong.com, or tell us at the studio. Withdrawal stops applicable future marketing; it never affects your membership or our handling of your inquiry.
6. Related policies
How we handle the underlying data is covered by our Privacy Policy; website rules live in the Terms of Use.
