Made in the studio
Smoothies and juices are made to order at the bar — real ingredients, blended when you order them, in the same building as your training and recovery.
Nutrition · The smoothie bar
The smoothie and juice bar is the nutrition organ of the Njoku Strong system — real ingredients, made in the studio, ordered at the bar between your training and your recovery. No miracle language, no meal plans — fuel, honestly described.
The bar itself
Plainly stated
Smoothies and juices are made to order at the bar — real ingredients, blended when you order them, in the same building as your training and recovery.
There is no online ordering and no app. Walk up, order, and drink it on site or take it with you. The current menu and prices are posted at the bar.
A smoothie is fuel and a habit anchor. It is not a treatment, a meal plan, or medical nutrition advice — and we will not describe one as if it were.
We publish ingredient facts, not benefit language. Anything beyond an ingredient fact belongs in the education library with a citation — that rule is the same one that governs every other service in the building.
What this isn’t
The smoothie bar is not individualized meal planning, not medical nutrition therapy, and not a treatment for anything — and nothing on this page is medical advice. If you have a specific condition, allergy, or dietary requirement, that is a conversation for your physician or dietitian, and the ingredient list at the bar is there so you can have it accurately.
Hydration station
The Hydrogen Hydration Program is a monthly fill program for hydrogen-ionized drinking water. It is open to members and non-members: 4 gallons per week for $50/month, filled at the in-club station.
Online checkout is not live for this program yet. The honest interim action is to reserve or call the studio; no payment is collected on this page.

Education first
Macro image of hydrogen bubbles rising through clear water with bronze rim light. The labels explain that electrical current passes through electrodes in water, producing molecular hydrogen that dissolves into the water. The caption states that evidence is preliminary and no health outcome is promised.
The station uses electrolysis to prepare drinking water and dissolve molecular hydrogen gas into it. That is the process being offered here: water prepared at the club, then filled into your containers.
Researchers study whether dissolved molecular hydrogen may influence oxidative-stress signaling in humans, but the human evidence base for hydrogen-rich water is early and mostly small studies.
Njoku Strong does not claim that hydrogen-rich water treats disease, accelerates recovery, slows aging, acts as a body cleanse, or improves athletic performance.
You receive access to the in-club fill station and up to four gallons per week of hydrogen-ionized drinking water. The program is a convenience and consistency layer for hydration, not a clinical service.
Weekly fill
Use clean gallon containers that close securely. The weekly allowance is four gallons total, filled in club.
The station prepares hydrogen-ionized drinking water on site. Staff can point you to the fill area and explain the simple station process.
Take it into your normal hydration routine. It is not a protocol, prescription, or replacement for medical guidance.
What this isn’t
This is not a medical service, not personalized nutrition advice, not a recovery accelerator, not an anti-aging protocol, not a cleansing protocol, and not a performance supplement.
If you have a medical condition, medication question, fluid restriction, or condition-specific concern, use your own clinician for that guidance. The studio can explain the program logistics; it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Nutrition is the fuel organ — the smoothie bar sits inside the studio, between training and recovery.
Whatever path you take, it starts the same way — a conversation, a readiness check-in, and a plan.
