1. Who we are

Njoku Strong ("we", "us") operates a physician-founded training, recovery, and longevity studio at 1491 Columbia Road, Westlake, OH 44145, and this website. Privacy questions: support@njokustrong.com or (440) 455-9155.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Inquiry forms on this site ask for your name, email address, and — for corporate inquiries — your company. Do not enter health or other sensitive information in those fields. The launch endpoint refuses dedicated free-text, phone, and assessment-state fields. Online clinical intake is disabled for launch; intake and safety discussions take place privately with staff at the studio.

Ambassador and talent applications. These forms collect your name, email, professional profile or website, location, selected role and collaboration interest, plus a separate optional email-marketing preference. We use these details to review your application and communicate about relevant next steps. Do not submit medical information, identification documents, resumes or private information about other people. These forms do not accept free-text notes.

Information collected automatically. For launch, the V2 application does not load advertising or third-party analytics tags. Its first-party interaction events remain in browser memory and are not transmitted by the application. Advertising relay is disabled for launch.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process request metadata such as IP address, browser user agent, request time, and response status to deliver and protect the site. Application logs are designed not to retain query strings or caller-supplied URL path segments.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry. Launch inquiry forms do not enroll visitors in marketing.
To review ambassador and talent-network applications and contact applicants about their application.
To record an optional email-marketing preference separately from the application. Applying does not require marketing consent; no marketing messages are sent by the application workflow.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it for us (for example, website hosting, booking, and membership platforms) only to operate the requested service, or where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Inquiry and application records are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry or application and maintain necessary business and security records. We review stored inquiries and applications for deletion when they are no longer needed.

6. Your choices and rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: support@njokustrong.com.
Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that message.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Youth-program intake is not collected through the public website.

8. Changes

We will post any updated policy here with a new effective date.
