The eleven questions

The training itself

Training & EMS

What the suit does, what a session feels like, and who it is not for.

What is EMS training?

Whole-body electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) training pairs coached movement with a fitted suit that delivers low-frequency electrical impulses to the major muscle groups. Sessions at Njoku Strong are short — roughly twenty coached minutes — and always supervised by a coach who adjusts intensity to you.

Is EMS training safe for everyone?

No, and we say that plainly: EMS is not appropriate for people with certain implanted devices or medical conditions. That is why, before active participation, participants complete a brief readiness and safety check-in with Njoku Strong staff. If EMS is not right for you, we will tell you and build a plan around it.

What does an EMS session feel like?

A deep, rhythmic muscle contraction layered over simple, coached movements. It is unusual for the first few minutes, controlled throughout, and your coach tunes the stimulation channel by channel so it stays appropriate for your level.

Money and first steps

Getting started & pricing

What it costs to walk in, what it costs to stay, and what you can try first.

Do I need to be fit already to start?

No. Every path starts with a complimentary consultation covering your goals, history, and a readiness check-in, so the plan matches your current condition — from first-time exercisers to competitive athletes.

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing — the consultation is complimentary, limited to one per person. It is a one-on-one conversation about goals, health history, and a readiness check-in, and it ends with an honest recommendation, whether or not that recommendation is us.

Can I try the studio before joining?

Yes. The Njoku Strong Day Pass ($99.99, one-time) is one day with EMS, sauna, cold plunge, and anti-gravity massage chair. If you want a longer runway, the 10 Session Fitness Package ($299.99, one-time, three-month term) covers ten coached sessions with no recurring membership.

How much do memberships cost?

Verified current pricing: Recovery Membership $140/month; The "GREAT START" plans $199.99/month; The "ALL IN" plans $239.99/month. Plans bill monthly until cancelled, with commitment terms laid out plainly on the memberships page before you choose.

Recovery, place & teams

Recovery, location & teams

The recovery suite, where to find us, and what we run for organizations.

What recovery services do you offer?

The recovery suite includes infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light, therapeutic massage, assisted stretch, compression, and related modalities — organized as a structured program around your training rather than a pick-anything menu. Details and session pricing are on the recovery page.

Do you offer cryotherapy?

Not whole-body cryotherapy — that is a chamber cooled with nitrogen vapour to well below -100°C, and we do not have one. What we do have is a cold plunge: cold-water immersion, about five minutes, with a shower in the same room. People search for the two together because they want the same thing from them — cold exposure after hard training — but they are different methods, and you should hear that from us rather than discover it at the door. If a chamber is specifically what you want, we are not it. If what you want is cold exposure built into a recovery program, the plunge is included in the Day Pass and in recovery programming.
