Why a baseline matters

Most people meet their own health data for the first time in a bad week.

A number comes back off. A knee stops cooperating. Something that used to be easy is not. By then the question has changed from what should I build to what do I do about this.

The information that would have helped is not secret. It is published, and most of it is boring: a handful of numbers, two or three habits, and an honest read of where you stand. What is missing is someone willing to explain it without selling you a supplement, a scan, or a promise nobody can keep.

The framework

The 10 domains of your Longevity Baseline

Every one of these gets its own section, its own evidence, and its own line in your scorecard.

  1. 01 Movement
  2. 02 Cardiorespiratory fitness
  3. 03 Strength
  4. 04 Mobility and balance
  5. 05 Nutrition
  6. 06 Sleep
  7. 07 Recovery and stress
  8. 08 Brain and social health
  9. 09 Preventive health
  10. 10 Risk awareness

What you'll learn

The same five moves, section after section.

The Longevity Baseline is a self-paced digital program from Njoku Strong. It walks through the ten domains that carry the most weight for how the next decades feel, explains what the evidence actually supports in each one, and ends with two things you keep: a private baseline across all ten, and a 90-day roadmap with five goals sized to survive a bad week.

It is written the way a good clinician explains something: the finding, the strength of the evidence behind it, and what it means for you tomorrow morning. Where the research is unsettled, it says so. That is the whole product.

The shape of each section

  1. Watch or read the idea, in plain language.
  2. See it in a diagram built for this program.
  3. Reflect privately on where you actually are.
  4. Check your understanding — to teach, not to grade.
  5. Act on one small thing before you move on.

Try the "Check" step — a real question from section 3

A large cohort study finds that people with higher cardiorespiratory fitness die less over the follow-up period. What does that support?

A look inside

One of 13 original diagrams.

Two groups. MODIFIABLE: movement, strength, nutrition, sleep, tobacco and alcohol use, blood pressure control, social connection. NON-MODIFIABLE: age, sex, family history, some genetics. Footer: most of the leverage is in the modifiable group.
“What You Can Change — and What You Can't” — every diagram in the program exists to carry an explanation, not to decorate one. Most of the leverage sits in the group you actually control.

Watch a minute of it

What healthspan actually means

About 67 seconds, one of 7 short videos in the program. No sign-up required to watch.

What you receive

Everything included, for $29

  • 12 sections across 42 steps — 35 written to be read in a week, not crammed in a night, and 7 short videos for the ideas that are easier watched than read
  • 13 original diagrams that carry the explanation, not decorate it
  • 7 knowledge checks along the way — to teach, not to grade
  • A private baseline scorecard across ten domains: strong foundation, opportunity, needs attention. No score, nothing submitted
  • A 90-day roadmap with five goals sized to survive a bad week
  • A consolidated reference list of 30 sources: systematic reviews, meta-analyses, trials and national guidelines
  • A free, optional consultation to turn your baseline into a next step aligned with your goals, preferences, safety considerations, and the services Njoku Strong actually offers

The scorecard you finish with

Ten domains, three honest categories, no score. Nothing is submitted to Njoku Strong — the scorecard is yours, and it is the input to your 90-day roadmap.

How it works

From here to your first section

  1. You buy. $29 once. No subscription, no upsell inside the program.
  2. Your account. Access opens immediately, under your Njoku Strong account.
  3. Self-paced. You work through it at your pace. Your progress is saved; you can stop and come back.
  4. Your scorecard. You finish with a private baseline across ten domains and a 90-day roadmap.
  5. The conversation. If you want it, a free consultation. Optional, and it stays optional.

Evidence & credibility

Physician-founded, and sourced like it.

Before you buy anything, three principles from inside the program — the same standard every section is held to.

Fitness predicts. It does not automatically rescue.

In a cohort of 122,007 adults referred for treadmill testing, higher cardiorespiratory fitness was associated with lower long-term mortality, with no upper limit of benefit observed in that cohort. That is observational evidence: it establishes that fitness predicts outcomes, not that raising yours reduces your personal risk by a set amount. Most fitness marketing quietly swaps the two.

What you can do fades faster than what you measure.

Reviews of the ageing literature consistently report strength declining faster than muscle mass. Capability is the thing daily life actually spends, which is why this program trains for what you can do rather than for a number on a scan.

"Healthspan" has no agreed definition yet.

A 2025 systematic review found the term defined and operationalised in many different ways across the literature, with no consensus operational definition established. So this program does not sell you a healthspan score. It works from function and modifiable risk factors, which can actually be observed.

Njoku Strong was founded by Dr. Innocent Njoku, MD. He is not practising medicine here, and this program provides no medical supervision, treatment, diagnosis, or prescribing — that boundary is stated inside the program, not buried in a footer. What the founding does mean is a standard for how evidence is handled.

Every claim in the program is traced to a source, and the sources are listed at the end: 30 systematic reviews, meta-analyses, randomised trials, and national guidelines. Where two good reviews disagree, the program says they disagree. Where the evidence predicts rather than proves, it says that too.

Who it's for

This is for you if

  • You are in your forties, fifties or sixties and you would rather understand the decades ahead than react to them.
  • You have had numbers quoted at you and never had them explained.
  • You train, or you used to, and you want to know what actually holds up in the research.
  • You want the honest version, including where the evidence is thin.

Who it's not for

Said plainly

  • It is not a medical evaluation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
  • It does not promise a longer life, prevented disease, or a reversed biological age. Nobody can sell you that honestly.
  • It is not a meal plan, a supplement protocol, or a training program.
  • It will not hand you a score that implies more precision than the evidence has.

The offer

One payment. $29. Yours to keep.

What happens after purchase

You land inside Njoku Strong, not a template you've never seen.

Purchase, access and progress are handled by Njoku Strong. After checkout you arrive on your own program entry page, in the same design system as the page you are reading now — not a generic course-platform screen. It shows you exactly what you own, and one button into the program itself.

From there, the program lives under your Njoku Strong account. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can read one section and come back next week without losing your place. Nothing you type into the reflections or the scorecard is submitted anywhere — they stay in your own browser, on your own device.

After the program

You've built your baseline. Now decide what deserves attention first.

A written program can take you to an honest starting point and five specific goals. It cannot account for your history, your joints, your medications, or your week. The conversation can — it is free, no obligation, and aligned with your goals, preferences, safety considerations, and the services Njoku Strong actually offers.

Questions

Before you decide

Is this medical advice?

No. It is general, educational health information. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace an individualised evaluation, and it does not create a clinical relationship with Njoku Strong or its founder. Where something applies specifically to you, that conversation belongs with your own healthcare professional.

Do I need to be a Njoku Strong member?

No. Anyone can take it. Members and non-members get the same product.

How long does it take?

About 60 to 90 minutes of core material, plus short videos. It is self-paced, and it is designed to be taken over a week rather than in one sitting.

Do I have to submit my health answers to anyone?

No. The reflections and the scorecard are yours. They are written in your own notebook or kept in your own browser, and nothing in them is submitted to Njoku Strong.

Will this tell me my biological age or give me a longevity score?

No, and that is deliberate. There is no validated way to compute either. You finish with three honest categories per domain and a plan, not a number that implies more precision than anyone has.

What happens after I finish?

You will have a private baseline and a 90-day plan. The optional next step is a free, no-obligation consultation where that baseline becomes a personalised plan. Nothing obliges you to book it.

Is there a refund?

Refund terms are shown at checkout and handled by Njoku Strong support.

Start with what's true right now.
