Hyperbaric oxygen and whole-body red light are the newest modalities of the Njoku Strong system. This page explains what each session actually is — and stays deliberately quiet where the marketing around these modalities tends to get loud. HBOT and whole-body red light are both planned and not yet available. Neither is bookable online.
Our position
The category is loud. We are not.
The marketing around longevity technology tends to promise mechanisms
and outcomes nobody has to stand behind. Our position is the quiet
one: describe the session, check in on readiness first, publish what the research
does and does not show in the
education library — with citations — and let
you decide with your physician. A business this careful about claims
is telling you something useful about everything else it says.
The modalities
What are the longevity modalities at Njoku Strong?
The longevity modalities at Njoku Strong in Westlake, Ohio are
hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) — a 60-minute session at
$149.99 for members and
$199.99 for non-members — and whole-body red
light, a 15-minute session at
$19.99 for members and
$24.99 for non-members.
Prices are the studio’s operator-set schedule, current as of
August 18, 2026. Neither is bookable online today: both modalities
are planned and not yet available, and a readiness and safety
check-in comes before either modality.

Modality
Hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT)
A hyperbaric session is 60 minutes in a sealed chamber at increased atmospheric pressure, with staff present in the room and a readiness and safety check-in and consent completed first. That is the whole description — what a session is, not what it promises.
$149.99 members · $199.99 non-members (60-min session)
Status: The chamber is planned and not yet available. Sessions are not bookable online yet; start with a consultation, or call (440) 455-9155, and ask to be notified when scheduling opens.
What this doesn’t do
Hyperbaric oxygen at Njoku Strong is not a treatment for injury or disease, and nothing here is medical advice. If you have a specific condition or symptom, that is a conversation for your physician — and we will tell you that in the studio too.
Modality
Whole-body red light
A whole-body red light session is 15 minutes under panels of red LED light — an approved device used for its labeled purpose, scheduled as its own session. It is the full-body counterpart of the red light already listed in the recovery suite, and it is delivered sequentially, as a standalone block, not layered onto hands-on services.
$19.99 members · $24.99 non-members (15-min session)
Status: The whole-body red light bed is planned and not yet available. Sessions are not bookable online yet; join the waitlist through the studio, and availability will open only after the operator declares the bed operational.
What this doesn’t do
Whole-body red light at Njoku Strong is not a treatment for injury or disease, and nothing here is medical advice. What the research does and does not currently show is a question for the education library — with citations — not for a service page.
A readiness and safety check-in comes before either modality — that
conversation happens with our team in person, not on a web page. Red
light within the recovery suite is covered on the
recovery page.

The path in
Interested? It starts with a conversation.
Both modalities are discussed, checked for readiness, and scheduled
through the consultation — the same order of operations as everything
else in the system. No pressure, and no commitment required to ask questions.
