Cancellation Policy

BOOKING WINDOW Sessions open for online booking up to 21 days ahead. Online booking closes 2 hours before the session starts. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING You can cancel or reschedule online up to 2 hours before your session. Inside 2 hours the online tools close - please call the club at (440) 455-9155 during business hours and we will help. FEES There is currently no cancellation or no-show fee on these sessions. Please give us as much notice as you can if you cannot attend: a held session is a session another member could not book. Questions about your booking?
