Service Description
A coached bodyweight session in the Njoku Strong EMS biosuit, built around core stability and whole-body control. The suit adds controlled electrical impulses to each movement while your coach sets the pace and the intensity with you. Part of the Njoku Strong longevity ecosystem in Westlake, Ohio. EMS training requires a preliminary health screening. It is a training modality, not a medical treatment.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING WINDOW Sessions open for online booking up to 21 days ahead. Online booking closes 12 hours before the session starts. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING You can cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before your session. Inside 12 hours the online tools close - please call the club at (440) 455-9155 during business hours and we will help. FEES There is currently no cancellation or no-show fee on these sessions. Please give us as much notice as you can if you cannot attend: a held session is a session another member could not book. Questions about your booking?
